TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTAJudicial Commission (KY) recognizes the Supreme Court Sudrajad Dimyati was involved in the issue of lobbying in the toilets of the House of Representatives (DPR).

The incident occurred during the fit and proper test for Supreme Court Justice candidates in 2013.

Chairman KY Mukti Fajar Nur Dewata said that at that time Sudrajad was said to have lobbied DPR members to qualify as Supreme Court Justices.

However, the issue was not proven after inspection.

“The first one regarding the lobby took place in 2014 sorry 2013 and at that time the information I got was that it was not proven,” said Mukti at the office. Judicial CommissionSouth Jakarta, Friday (23/9/2022).

After the incident, said Mukti, Sudrajad still qualified as Supreme Court Justice.

Thus, the issue of lobbying in the DPR toilets is not proven.

“So then the brother was declared to have passed the selection process for prospective judges,” he said.
