TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Triyono Martanto, candidate for Supreme Court justice specializing in taxes, clarified his wealth of Rp. 51.2 billion, which is now in the public spotlight.

He conveyed this while participating in the due diligence for candidates for Supreme Court justices at Commission III of the DPR RI, Parliament complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/3/2023).

Triyono explained that his assets have jumped from 2019 to 2021.

According to him, his wealth has increased because he received an inheritance from his parents in 2020.

At that time, his parents’ condition did not improve.

“At that time he wanted to at least be happy, to share part of his wealth by means of grants,” said Triyono.

Triyono said that at that time he and his two siblings received grants from his mother with a nominal value of Rp. 10 billion each.

“So at that time the three of us received grants from my mother of Rp. 10 billion each, and each of them was included in BRI,” he said.

Furthermore, he said that the inheritance from his parents was divided between himself and his brother in 2021.

“It turns out that most of the forms are deposits, savings and state securities, sir. So all of them are in our financial system, so nothing is outside our financial system,” said Triyono.

At that time, Triyono added that he had received Rp. 30,562,514,284 and had been recorded in the State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN).

As for Triyono, he clarified his wealth after being questioned by Commission III of the DPR RI regarding his assets of Rp. 51.2 billion.

DPR Commission III member Arsul Sani asked Triyono to explain his wealth which was being highlighted.
